Take good pictures. Make sure your photographs are clear and paint your home in a good light, so to speak. Dont post too many photos, just enough to show your homes best aspects.
Highlight your houses historical and architectural features. Mention interesting talking points about your home. Some buyers are become more attracted to homes with a story or a unique architectural feature.
Dont write too many details. Giving too many details may overwhelm potential buyers.
Be approachable. Give your contact information, or that of your real estate agent. Also post the schedule of your open house.
Interact with potential buyers. Reply to queries swiftly and sufficiently. Some buyers might become discouraged if you reply slowly.
